Welcome to our meeting and our 10 year anniversary where we will also celebrate One Million Dollars raised for local chariites. You will need to RSVP here through Eventbrite, nominate your charity at the same time and confirm your attendance at the Milestone Celebration following the meeting.. The event will get underway at 5:30 pm with the meeting commencing at 5:45 pm and running through to 6:30 pm. The Million Dollar Celebration will take place immediately following the meeting and will run from 6:30 - 7:30 pm.
The meeting will begin with a brief welcome, followed by three 5-minute presentations from the randomly drawn charities. Following their presentations, you will then vote for the charity of your choice. Ballots will then be counted, and the winning charity will be announced there and then. If you haven’t already sent your e-transfer to Debbie, please write your cheque to the winning charity, and leave it in the basket on the table at the entrance to the ballroom. There will not be a formal registration desk.
